An industry innovator, Willow created the first wireless, hands-free wearable breast pump in 2018, making it discreet and convenient for nursing mothers to pump on the go. Their latest pump integrates the Willow companion app, which provides tools for tracking pump sessions, milk volume, and other data to monitor the breastfeeding journey.
We initially audited, migrated, and redesigned Willow’s core e-commerce pages during our first phase of work in June 2024. In our ongoing partnership with Willow, we helped relaunch their blog, The Feed, and revamped their About page to increase traffic, boost engagement, and reinforce Willow's brand mission.
The redesigned blog makes it easier for users to discover content tailored to their interests, enhancing engagement and positioning Willow as a trusted leader in the industry. By integrating products within the articles, the blog not only educates moms but also drives purchases directly through the content.
The blog was also leveraged to feature Willow’s expert network, connecting users with the doctors and pediatricians behind their award-winning products.
The new About page dives deeper into Willow’s mission and story, spotlighting their expert network, and highlighting the strength of their community through UGC.
