The 360 degree campaign launched by 818 Tequila in February introduced a limited-edition Cocktail Attire Collection — cozy, chic sets designed to pair with delicious tequila cocktails for an unforgettable night in. It was promoted via influencer gifting, Big Night In dinners across the country, and a new, robust merch site complete with bundling discounts and a variety of gifts with purchase to delight tequila consumers.
To bring this campaign to life, Barrel partnered with the 818 Tequila team to design and launch a new Shopify website for the merch store, delivering a seamless shopping experience while building a scalable foundation for future drops
A key feature of the site gave 818 Tequila consumers the chance to personalize their shopping experience by creating their own mix-and-match set — a signature element of the LESET brand. Powered by Rebuy, the bundling tool let shoppers select colors and sizes while unlocking exclusive gifts with bundled purchases.
In addition to featuring the clothing collaboration the site also features 818 Tequila’s recipes to drive traffic to the main 818 Tequila website and encourage purchase of their tequila.
In the week leading up to the launch, 818 Tequila built excitement with a teaser campaign. Demand was so high, the entire collection sold out in less than five days — highlighting the power of a hyper relevant, consumer-first campaign with authentic brand integration.
