Opportunity

As Bobo’s continued to grow as an omnichannel snack brand, the team needed a digital experience that could better support subscriptions, product discovery, and brand storytelling. The opportunity was to redesign the Shopify Plus site to highlight ingredients, reinforce community, and create clearer pathways to purchase.

We began the engagement by collaborating with Bobo’s to update their brand book, which directly informed the look and feel of their new digital identity.

The reimagined Bobo's site infuses their passion, community, and high-quality ingredients, effectively telling their dynamic brand story.

To maximize subscription growth, we implemented multiple subscription pathways, including a subscription dashboard and dedicated Subscribe & Save page that highlights the program’s benefits to drive conversions.

We increased Bobo's AOV by optimizing the cart experience with dynamic upsells, subscription and bundling incentives, and a tiered free shipping and gifts bar.

To instill confidence in customers before purchasing, we integrated product education and transparency throughout each page by prominently featuring dietary certifications, nutrition labels, and ingredients that reinforce Bobo's commitment to high-quality ingredients.

Highlighting the versatility of Bobo’s and building trust with customers, we integrated UGC videos on the homepage to show the product in use for different occasions and celebrate Bobo's dedicated community.

We built robust storytelling landing pages for Bobo's to tell the story of their founders and mission, charitable organizations, and highly curated ingredients.

Impact & Results

The new experience strengthens Bobo’s subscription program while making it easier for customers to explore products and build repeat purchasing habits. With clearer product education, bundling incentives, and a more engaging brand story, the site now supports higher AOV, reduced churn, and long-term loyalty.
