The main objective of the website redesign was increase subscription retention. We implemented multiple subscription pathways including a Subscribe & Save page highlighting the program's benefits to drive conversion. To reduce churn and increase LTV, we upgraded the subscription dashboard to Recharge's Affinity portal for seamless order management.
To increase AOV, we optimized Bobo's cart for a seamless checkout experience. This included integrating dynamic upsells, Bundle & Save incentives, and a tiered free shipping & gifts bar, powered by Rebuy. Customers can easily upgrade to subscription and adjust delivery frequency directly in the mini-cart, encouraged by a 15% discount incentive.
To instill confidence in customers before purchasing, we wove product education and transparency throughout each product page. We prominently featured dietary certifications, nutrition labels, and ingredients to reinforce Bobo's high-quality ingredients.
Highlighting the versatility of Bobo’s and building trust with customers, we integrated UGC videos on the homepage to show the product in use for different occasions. These videos, powered by Tolstoy, celebrate Bobo's dedicated community and encourage others to become part of the community.
