Opportunity

As Tiege Hanley scaled its subscription-first men’s skincare brand, the team needed a digital experience that could simplify skincare education while supporting conversion and retention. The Shopify Plus platform needed to clearly explain the brand’s skincare systems and make it easy for customers to subscribe and manage their routines.

Barrel partnered with Tiege Hanley to create a new site that drives conversions by making skincare more accessible through education, highlighting their comprehensive routine bundles, and reinforcing the connection between skincare and healthy living throughout the experience.

The product detail page highlights the key benefits of the different skincare systems, the ingredients, reviews, and testimonials from Tiege Hanley’s existing subscribers.

A robust cart experience encourages users to upgrade to a subscription before checkout, driving both AOV and subscription growth.

To support customer acquisition, Barrel implemented a suite of marketing landing pages to support Tiege Hanley’s ongoing outbound strategies.

As part of Tiege Hanley’s retention strategy, we designed a custom subscription dashboard that makes it easy for subscribers manage their subscriptions, add one-time products, and see their loyalty status.

We redesigned Tiege Hanley’s skincare blog, The Skin EDU, to encourage deeper exploration of other articles and their skincare systems.

The new site’s launch received positive feedback, with users praising it as a seamless e-commerce experience that aligns perfectly with the mission of uncomplicated skincare.
