Opportunity

As Milton’s refreshed its brand and expanded its portfolio of better-for-you foods, the team needed a digital experience that reflected the updated identity while supporting omnichannel growth. The migration from Wix to Shopify needed to strengthen product education, storytelling, and connections to retail partners.

The new Milton's website emphasizes product education, brand storytelling, and customer data acquisition, while also driving customers to purchase via third-party retail locations.

Alongside Milton’s brand refresh, we built a site that modernized their identity, drove brand storytelling, and boosted customer engagement by attracting a new audience.

To make the experience of finding Milton's in-store or online as seamless as possible, Barrel integrated an omnichannel store locator, which allows users to find online and physical retailers available in their area and check availability on specific Milton’s products.

In addition to supporting product education and availability, we migrated Milton’s existing recipes to Shopify and designed a new, SEO-optimized experience that drives traffic while engaging users through clear ingredient lists, step-by-step instructions, and rich visual content.

To support Milton's expansion, we created a robust ecosystem of storytelling templates to make it easier for their team to create future pages to announce their latest collections and new services.

We built a robust suite of email templates that nurture both new and existing customers and drive in-store purchases.

Impact

The new Shopify experience helps Milton’s translate its brand refresh into a modern digital destination. By combining product education, recipe content, and an omnichannel store locator, the site drives discovery while making it easier for customers to find Milton’s products both online and in stores.
