Barrel partnered with Aquor Water Systems to design a unified site experience that streamlines product discovery and creates clearer pathways for their two primary audiences – homeowners and contractors.

As part of the redesign, we defined a forward-looking digital brand identity that not only modernized the brand, but also strategically positioned them as the market leader.

We guided Aquor’s team on how to integrate their B2B experience across the site through Shopify B2B to allow for more personalized content for this audience’s needs.

To reduce the rate of returns, we streamlined the product variant selection directly on the product details page, making it easier to compare products and select the right option for your needs. This also made it easier for Aquor to manage the SKUs on the backend.

We integrated a comparison chart on the product pages to help customers find the perfect Aquor products for their specific home needs.

A dedicated resource hub makes it easy for users to find how-to guides that demonstrate how simple it is to install Aquor products without a contractor. This educational content, along with their blog, supports SEO and enhances the post-purchase experience.

To help customers find Aquor products near them, we built a store locator page that displays nearby retailers and lists those that carry their products.

To drive conversions and streamline checkout, we optimized the cart with a free shipping bar, dynamic upsells, multiple payment options, and key value props like Aquor’s lifetime guarantee and delivery timelines.
