The Opportunity

As BIOLYTE refreshed its brand and expanded beyond its original medical use cases, the team needed a digital experience that reflected its shift toward an active, wellness-focused hydration brand. The site also needed to support both DTC and wholesale growth while making product education and discovery easier for new customers.

Alongside their brand refresh, we transformed BIOLYTE’s digital presence to reflect a bold, lifestyle-driven hydration brand that offers medical-strength hydration for everyday hydration needs.

To showcase their bold flavors and medically-backed ingredients, we highlighted their product range—helping customers find the right hydration solution and making the path to purchase seamless.

Video testimonials, founder insights, and press features add emotional connection and credibility, building trust with new customers and reinforcing BIOLYTE’s unique position in the hydration space.

We redesigned their core emails automations to align with the refreshed visual direction, using bold colors and lifestyle imagery to support welcome flows, retail promotions, and abandoned cart recovery.

Wholesale functionality is seamlessly integrated into a blended store experience, consolidating operations into a single back-end for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
