The Challenge

As Legendairy Milk expanded beyond lactation supplements into broader women’s wellness, the team needed a website that reflected this next chapter. They turned to Barrel to help reposition their digital presence, improve clarity and credibility, and support acquisition efforts while maintaining the trust of their core community. The engagement began with a BFCM-focused audit to identify conversion opportunities ahead of peak season.

Our Approach

Barrel audited the full customer journey ahead of BFCM, from mobile performance to checkout, subscriptions, gifting, and loyalty. Using analytics and heatmaps, we identified quick wins such as faster load times, clearer subscription messaging, and stronger gifting pathways, and developed a roadmap to boost conversions, retention, and AOV.

We redesigned the homepage to balance storytelling, shopping, and education, reflecting Legendairy Milk’s evolution into broader women’s wellness. The new design creates a scalable site that grows with the brand while weaving in resources and storytelling.

We restructured the navigation to create a more intuitive site architecture and product hierarchy, helping users browse categories with ease. The redesign improved product discovery and gave customers a clearer view of Legendairy Milk’s full range of offerings.

To build shopper confidence and reinforce credibility as the brand expanded into women’s wellness, the product detail pages were reimagined to showcase ingredient transparency and safety, featuring Certified Safe, detailed formulations, customer reviews, and intuitive image interactions.

We restructured educational content to help women find answers faster and connect resources directly with relevant products, positioning the site as both a trusted information hub and a storefront.

Streamlined cart and checkout flows reduced friction and improved speed, while Rebuy-powered bundling encouraged repeat purchases. These updates boosted retention, built shopper confidence, and kept the site reliable for BFCM and beyond.
