Hurom, the South Korea-based makers of premium juicers, came to us as they looked to reboot and grow their brand in the United States. We reimagined their website on Shopify, and continued collaborating with them on a number of digital marketing initiatives from various campaigns to social media marketing.
Visit WebsiteThe new Hurom site showcased their expanded product offering, highlighted recent press to build credibility, and provided personalized recipe recommendations through a quiz. The site also showcased the impressive technology that makes Hurom a high-performing luxury juicer.
A core part of the website redesign was the product detail page, showcasing all of the different features of the juicers. Reinforcing Hurom’s versatility, the product detail page clearly displays what Hurom can juice, included attachments, and reviews to drive conversion. Relevant recipes were also featured on this page to get customers excited how to use their new juicer.
We created a custom landing page to convert visitors on the site who come to Hurom.com from paid social. The page outlines the difference between a Hurom juicer and a standard juicer, outlines the key benefits, and showcases reviews and top products to increase conversion.
To reduce bounce rate on the site, we created an on-site comparison chart where customers could add the products directly to the comparer without ever needing to leave the site. This was integrated throughout the shopping experience so they could add their favorite products while they are browsing.
We launched a Black Friday Cyber Monday campaign for Hurom's holiday season. This included art directing holiday-themed photography, a landing page, emails, and ad creative.
To build customer retention, we build a robust email marketing ecosystem to support the Hurom team when they announced a new product, highlighted a recipe, or promoted a sale.
For an expensive tech product, it takes customers multiple touch-points before committing to purchasing a Hurom juicer. We therefore built a series of retargeting ads to continue to keep Hurom top-of-mind as the customer considered purchasing the juicer.
