While trusted for clinical credibility, the digital experience did not fully reflect the brand’s premium positioning, scientific depth, or long-term value. The goal was to create a clearer, more cohesive experience that builds trust, differentiates in a crowded category, and supports future scalability.

Barrel reimagined Revision Skincare’s digital experience to turn scientific credibility into clarity, confidence, and conversion. The result is a premium, education-first platform designed to guide customers, reinforce trust, and scale with the brand.

We led a focused discovery process through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and brand immersion, aligning teams around a clear digital vision that elevates Revision’s scientific authority and sharpens its brand point of view.

As a data-driven brand, validation mattered. We partnered with Helio to test wireframes and design directions, using real user feedback to guide layout, navigation, and creative decisions.

We made Revision’s clinical benefits easier to understand without losing scientific credibility, using clearer storytelling and structured content to build trust at every step of the journey.

To improve product discovery, we reimagined the navigation and introduced guided, AI-driven pathways powered by Gigit, helping customers more quickly identify the right routines and supporting long-term retention.

We brought Revision’s science to life through storytelling moments that highlight testing, data, and formulation rigor, creating an experience that feels clinical yet approachable.

Enhanced quizzes help customers discover the right routines faster and build long-term loyalty.

We created a flexible, conversion-focused marketing landing page in Replo that balances education and performance, giving the brand a scalable framework for future launches.
