The Challenge

With the hair growth market booming and competition rising fast, Happy Head needed a digital experience that could stand out. The team aimed to create something credible and approachable, clinical and lifestyle-driven, while simplifying the customer journey and strengthening how the brand communicates expertise and results.

We explored three brand directions, each with its own typography, color system, imagery style, and packaging approach to clarify Happy Head’s visual identity and future positioning.

The premium, trustworthy concept emerged as the strongest performer, combining elevated typography and a refined color palette with a luxe, clinical feel that resonated most with Happy Head’s audience.

We designed three versions of the marketing landing page using these concepts, allowing the team to test each direction in a real acquisition environment.

Using insights from testing, we built a final high-converting marketing landing page that balanced education, credibility, and clear CTAs to support the consultation flow and drive conversion.

Within each concept, we tested targeted landing page segments for men and women, delivering differentiated content designed to resonate with each audience’s unique needs.

To support the new brand direction, we curated a photography library that delivered the lifestyle-driven, aspirational look the audience needed to feel informed, supported, and confident.
